There are family-friendly events, in-park meetups, informal chats, celebratory cocktails, a concert and other events. But you'll see attendees park hopping throughout the weekend as well. 17 at Disneyland and Sunday, Sept 18 at Disney California Adventure. There is a schedule of events for each day of Gay Days, with one park playing 'host' each day during normal operating hours. More people come again in March for 'Mini Gay Day.' (It's for those who need a little red shirt boost in the spring.) Mini Gay Days fell on March 5, 2022.
This year, Disneyland Gay Days takes place Sept. And in 2021, it shifted from early October to mid-September. It draws crowds of over 30,000 people annually.
Gay Days is one of the most popular 'unofficial' events at Disneyland.
